buying a new mobo

what kind of mobo can i get for 100$?

can it be a descent mobo, so i don't have any problems with it like i have with this one i have now, it has shity bios

it has to be socket A mobo (AMD athlon xp-462 pin), support above 200MHz FSB, has 4 RAM slots

must not be a via mobo

There are many boards for slot A but your location make a recommendation very difficult. What board manufacturers do your local stores carry. Are you going to order from other country?
Socket A boards don't usually have 4 RAM slots. You should perhaps change your existing memory to at least matching manufacturers and speeds.

they have all kind of manufacturers, croatia is not like in stone age.

well, primary thing is that i can't change the vdimm and vcore, there are many other stuff that bother me.

Most Socket A boards do not support more than 2 ram slots. There are a few that have 3 slots.
Why do you need 4 slots? I build middle to high end gaming machines and have never needed to go over 2 slots and get 2 gig of ram.
Most of my machines run great on 1 gig of ram.
You might try going to NewEgg.com, Tiger direct.com or zipzoomfly to see who ships overseas and what they might charge
You should be able to get a socket A board for well under $100.
