Incompatible. You're gonna get a socket754 motherboard and a socket939 cpu .... not gonna be happy with the results :p If you can afford it, go with the Socket939 route. Also, if possible avoid the Via chipsets ... they work ... but arent that great

ADD. Memory: 400MHZ DDR NO-ECC 256MEG Premium
No need to add 256MB to 1GB .... especially if you get the Sockey939 as u then lose the dual channel. Have a look at the RAM101 http://www.computerforum.com/showthread.php?t=11096

HDD: 120GB Maxtor/8M Cache
Go for the 160GB -- the price delta shouldnt be more than $10CAD

You might also want to consider an aftermarket cooler as Athlon64s, whilst cooler than AthlonXPs still run quite warm
