Buying Computer Parts

I am thinking...... I really like computers....

Do you think it is possible that i can build them, and then sell them and make a profit, i know that there is a lot of competition so can anyone give me any websites that i can buy computers parts and be able to sell a built computer for profit.

Any websites, info, ideas, and help is much appreciated.

ehhh maybe... be sure to CYA

dont use any pirated software... be sure to have them sign something that doesnt make you responsible for fixing the thing when it breaks..etc...

i doubt you will be able to make a business out of it but you might find a few people that are afraid to do it themselves and still want a custom box.

I know there is businesses that do this but they have money where they can order surplus parts for a discount etc...
 
We have been in business for 6 years now, mainly run by my partners but it took 2 years to essentially make anything back, and at the 3.5 year mark we got our first real sponsor. Now just past our 6th birthday we are listed on ATI, AMD, OCZ website as builders and sellers.

Building computers in your basement and flipping them to friends and associates is one thing--but having an actual retail store, inventory, a website, sponsors, providing customer service/support, doing repairs, giving promos, giving away freebies, t-shirts...and hopefully turning a profit and making a living is another/

All I'm saying is have a plan....what is it you really wanna do and how committed are you to sticking with it through ups and downs?

If all you see is quick money and $$$$ then you won't be successful.

Thanks guys, i will definatley keep what you said in mind :)

Were can i go about buying stuff from then, if you can tell me i would really appreciate it, but please remember that i am in England, so dont say newegg or anything like that, if we had newegg, everything would be so much easier lol.
