Buying Laptop{NEED HELP}

I need to get me a new laptop i want it to have most of the best upgrades but i also want it to have a reasonable price
my pc right now is just so sucky when i get this one i dont wanna havta worry about upgrades for a minute ;) my pc is so slow right now i have to use aol 7.0 thats like the worst in terms of dialup
when i get this pc i wanna b straight
any suggestions?
 
Well what's your price range? Did you want to game on it? Also any other preference? Like screen size, wieght, widescreen or normal ratio, resolution, glossy or matte, etc...
 
You can check out the HP DV4000 with ATI's x700. It can handle the likes of Doom3, FEAR, HL2, and WoW at maximum settings.
 
Well what kinds of games are you playing. Most people talk about being able to play the latest "hardcore" games like Doom3, Quake4, Half-Life2, Warcraft, etc... The hardware for those types of games are very high, you won't need the same for the likes poker, solitaire, or mindsweeper.
