Buying quiet computer

Hello there

I am going to buy a new computer. I would like a pretty quiet computer. Anyone who can tell me what to be aware of and what I shall be looking for? I don't know which part of the computer info has influence on the noise level.

I consider buying a HP Pavilion p6361 Core-i3 with the following specs:
2.93 GHz Intel Core i3 530 processor
6144 MB DDR3 RAM
1000 GG hard disk
ATI Radeon HD4650

Primary I am going to use it for work (Excel, Internet e.g) and no gaming.

I would appreciate your thoughts of this computer very much, and especially comments about the noise-level in this computer.

Noise level do nothing with specifications. Noise making component in PC are fans, which are PSU, case fans, video card, and heatsink.
And I could not tell how is HP perform. If you are building your own, I do know some component would relatively slient

Typical computers that are pre built like that from companys are all relatively quiet, i have never seen a factory computer be loud unless you get up to the gaming ones with extra cooling.
