Buying Vista overseas?

If I buy Windows Vista in the USA...will i face any issues when installing it back home in the United Kingdom?

if you're looking to buy it from the usa because of the cost, but would rather buy it from the uk, its going pretty cheap on www.microdirect.co.uk, might be the same as america, i got it from microdirect myself
