C: Drive Falsely Reading Zero Free Space

All of a sudden my C drive reads zero free space and I keep getting low disc space warnings. I cannot gain free space no matter how many files I delete. The 80GB hard drive actually contains only 47GB of data according to TreeSize Pro. What could be going on here?

Probably lost some space do to corruption. Try a HD program like Partition magic (it has a free trial). It can usually fix all that bad stuff.
