C2D mobo

i'm looking for something under $150 that will run a C2D processor well. OC'ing isn't my primary objective, however down the road i probably will OC some with the stock heatsink/fan.

my only stipulation is dual IDE connections on the mobo, and most motherboards that i'm reviewing only have one IDE connection.

1gb pny pc5300
atx, sli not necessary

This one will leave a lot of room for upgrades. One thing it doesn't have is the 680i chipset. But for your hardware at the moment, that won't matter.
