did you just get it installed? or did you change something?
when we moved, we needed the guy from the cable company come buy, activate everything at the poll and stuff, the guy left and told us we need to call to have them activate the cable internet service, i spent about 2 weeks and 16 hours on the phone (literally) because they kept asking me if my cable modem was plugged in, and they weren't listening to me. so finally i got some guy who could bearly speak english. but at least he listened to me and was able to activate my connection remotely.
erghhh. bad memories.
