Cable Management With a Mid Tower

In the future i plan on adding some fans to my PC: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200028

But before i do i wanted to get my cable management in check to ensure proper airflow, but i have a mid tower and not much space for cable management. Can anyone help me out here? Also should i move my GPU to a higher PCI slot because it is right up against my wireless network card.

Here are some pictures i took (sorry if you have to turn your head): http://imgur.com/a/e2xwt

And yes i still have to use VGA

route your 12V cpu power close to the motherboard, under your gpu, also do the same with other cables like fans, unless you can fit them behind the tray, does not look like you can, however just getting those cables in a neat row will do the most good, they are a bit of a mess from the looks of it.

Ok also if i decide to move my gpu to the higher PCI slot will this allow better airflow.
