There was a thread on this a while ago, and no, it doesnt appear that they are making CoD3 for PC.

Well, you guys just have to start signing them petitions all over the web. I just read like a couple posts around the web right now and some say it's just not announced correctly, that they are working on it. Other things to say the least, but I'm pretty sure it'll come out on pc eventually; if not by activision, then by someone else. You know how that is.

They are already working on a COD4 which is supposed to be a PC only game, so it seems as if they will start to alternate the COD between PC and console, but shouldn't take much longer in between each one hopefully...

well, after CoD2, i dont expect CoD3 to be any good anyway, unless its more like CoD but with better graphics
