I've been playing COD online recently. Now when i start the application, i get this error message. Does anyone know why its not working cuz i think im not liking being deprived.

Is there any software that you can think of that you might have installed around the time It quit working? I'd remove the game and reinstall & see if that helps.

Other recommendations would be to run routine maintenance such as defrag, scan for spyware, remove unused programs etc. Then update all drivers and game patches. You might also want to try temp. shutting down programs like Anti virus and spyware software etc.
 
if you play online, im sure you have 1.5 cause most servers require 1.5..

did u just install it, and not even get 2 play it yet? or have u played it earlyier today?
 
I have been playing it for like 2 days. I have had the game for a while, and always played single cuz i got this message so i uninstalled it and let it sit. I then reinstalled it the other day and Multiplayer worked, but then it just stopped working.
 
yea some crap, but i uninstalled it. So im pretty much where i was when it worked. Let me run CCleaner and see if that helps any.
 
Make sure that the stuff you installed didn't put anything in the registry (with the CCleaner), as that might be causing the problem...
