Can an integrated graphics card be replaced somehow? HELP

I have a Dell Dimension Desktop E310. I do believe the graphics card is that of Intel® 82915G/82910GL Express Chipset Family. My main reason for wanting to replace this graphics card is because many games are not supported at the moment by this intel graphics card. I would prefer nVidia or something of that sort.

Basically, the graphics card is built-in to my computer, meaning there is no easy way to remove it and I don't even know if that is possible.

Is there any way I can get a new graphics card and get it to work on a computer with an integrated chipset at the moment?

Yes.
Your PC should have a PCIE expansion slot to contain a supplementary graphics card. Just fit the card in the slot, and follow the instructions in the box.

You can't remove it but you can buy a PCI video card if the mobo does not have an AGP or PCI-E slot. Open it up and see what kind of slots you have and then someone can recommend you a video card.

Yes you can, but you're limited to either the original PCI, or PCI Express x1.

While the E310 has two PCI slots and a single PCI Express x1 slot, it lacks a dedicated x16 PCI Express slot for graphics
