Can anyone help me how to upgrade my OLD PC specs?

Can anyone help me how to upgrade my OLD PC specs... to make it faster and have good graphics? what are the compatible Video Cards i should use and Memory to boost up my PCs. Or do i need to change anything to make it better? any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.:)

i got a few 19pcs of the Same MotherBoard at my place. is there anyway i can make them work better and faster? with good graphics?
 
its pretty dated but you could make a couple changes. adding another gig of RAM would help alot. and you could also pick up an AGP video card to replace the onboard graphics. you could get an old 6800 AGP really cheap and it would run circles around what you have now.
 
add some gig of harddisk space .. it seems u have 10 gb only...pus add a decent graphics card atleast having memory of 256mb
and few gb of ram will help definately
