Can anyone help?

Hello all,

I've got a problem...i'm an online gamer, my internet provider blocks a lot of the net. I use my ps3 online, but due to my net provider I never get a very good connection (my 2mb line should give me a good connection) and my Nat Type is constantly on 3 so I can't even use the ps3 chat function to talk to friends.

I'm using a Siemens speedstream wireless DSL router, which is hardwired to my PS3.

If anyone has any ideas/ thoughts on how I can improve/alter my connection so it gives me better gaming please let me know. I altered the DMZ on my router with gave me NAT Type2 for a while, but my IP provider has since altered their network and that no longer works.

What ISP are you with? If they're really that restrictive, ditch them. If your ISP has a NAT for your area (i.e. it's not your router), it's practically impossible to get around.

I would change provider, but...you can't it's the only one i can have.
