Can anyone recommend a good mino desktop from a good website?

I just need a windows 7 desktop that's good for uploading, tranfering data fast, and that could be used for anything basically like downloading allot of programs or media

I have over $150 but I can spend up to $250

But idk if anyone knows a good mini desktop I could buy.

I haven't had a computer to call my own for about 2 years so I wouldnt wanna buy any random mini desktop with out asking people here
