I had my computer built about 4 months ago by a friend. For some reason, I had it stuck in my mind that the processor he used was a 2.7 ghz pentium. Well, just today, I discovered that it is a 2.7ghz Celeron. Hmm, from the research I've done, it seems like the Celeron is kinda junk. I have it overclocked to 3.024ghz and it just doesn't seem that fast. Just found out things are getting a little warm too. Anyways, would it be wise to change it to a 3.0 -+ ghz pentium and is that even possible? I have a ECS L4VXA2 motherboard. Or would it be a waste of money and just keep the Celeron? I found a 3.0ghz pentium on newegg for around $100. Thanks
