Can i connect satellite receiver to Tv tuner?

I was trying to find something on the internet about this but i didnt find a thing. So can i connect satellite receiver with Tv tuner? and then watch it of course. My TV tuner is philips philips saa7130 and my receiver is echolite dsb 770...

You can. Or cable tv with a device called slingbox. Access with computer, laptop or cell phone and complete control of your system. Including recording your box or watching a recorded program. I would consider a HD slingbox but have a slingbox SoLo. (composite video). Only slight diff. Hooked it up to the bedroom cable box. Don't watch much tv anyway. just news. And all your premium channels also. Don't even need a tv tuner. Just cat 5 or wireless for complete control. Nice toy.

satellite,cable,dvd player,vcr,etc. all should work with your card.....except a antenna which would need a converter box.
