can i get a geforce 6600gt?

You would probably be pushing a 250w PSU a lotwith a 6600gt. They still come in AGP, so compatibility with your motherboard wouldn't be an issue.
 
sry but u wouldnt even be pushing it, 350W is the minimum for it to be running correctly. I found it that I have PCI-Express x16 by looking on my motherboard and it said "PCI-Express x16" actually on the motherboard near the slot. So try looking around.
