can i give my brother my ip to use?

ok my brother has been banned from a site (he has his own internet provider)and he lives in a different town.
So my question is can i give him my ip to use when he wants to visit this site that banned him? can we do that? if yes please tell me what i need to do thank you all

Your IP address is determined by your modem which is in turn determined by your internet provider. So the answer to your question is NO.

Sometimes the ip address will change every certain period of time, tell him to wait a week or so and check to see if his ip number changed, theres also a ip changing program he can get, tell him to google ip changer or something like that.
