Can I increase video ram?

I have a Toshiba A55-S326 laptop. It has 512 MB of RAM, 16 MB of which is dedicated to video. Since it's on-board video and using the system memory, is there a way to allocate more RAM to video? I'd like to bump it up to 64 MB, if possible.

I believe what I could find on the internet says it supports up to 32mb of video ram(shared). Most likly there a bio setting to change it from 16mb to 32mb.
