Can I install A Nvidia 7600GT In my Dell

I have a Dell optiplex gx270 (80 gigs, 1000 mb Ram)

It currently has an Intel extreme graphics card and I would like to upgrade to get better Graphics for Flight Sim 2004

Im looking at two cards , #1 Nvidia 7600GT

and #2 ATI Radeon 1650 Pro

Can I install any one of those two on my Pc?
 
Should work fine as long as they are AGP cards and not pci express. However, in my opinion, you need to save up and build a new system.
 
Forgot to say its a Mini Tower, Im wondering if I need a 300W + PSU or not to run either one of those cards

At the moment im not sure what my PSU W is, I thinks its a 250W but ill have to check
