Hello,

If you have Windows XP Professional or Windows 2000 and want to enforce environment restrictions...you can use 'Logon Scripts'. However, it's not a thing u can describe in one paragraph. It's something i'm interested in doing...but essentially, you'd need to know some scripting language.

Really the peeps at Microsoft shudda added a quick and simple feature for those basic users, which aid in advanced account restrictions... but unfortunately all you get is a dumbed guest account, or a password protected account. What about the gap in between microsoft!?!?

Any downloadable programs?

I want my guest acount enabled because my family want to be able to use my acout when needed, but i dont want them to get into anything other then what i would put on the desktop. If i set up a normal acount on limited do you think something could be aranged then?

They did; "restricting access to a folder" is available under XP.
