Can I mix 2x256 & 2x512 RAM cards?
And if I can, will I still have dual channel support?
I have 2x256 DDR RAM PC7500 and 2x512 DDR RAM PC750.
My computer can hold up to four RAM cards.
It is a HP and it came with 2x256. Now if I will lose dual channel support
Is it better to just have 2x512 or is it better to have 2x256 and 2x512,
And if I use both 512 and 256 should I alternate, 512, 256, 512, 256 or 256, 512, 256, 512
Or should I not alternate, 512, 512, 256, 256 or 256, 256, 512, 512.
