hi Bodaggit23 yeah Iam not bad working with the bios just not to sure about the settings for overclocking & the manual for the motherboard says you can clock the CPU frequency from..200.0 to 300.0 but like I say not sure wot to set it at & does anything else need to be changed ?.. thanxs

Just start bumping up your CPU bus a few mhz. at a time till it get unstable. You can back off a few till it get stable or bump up your CPU Voltage. If you raise your CPU voltage keep a eye on your CPU temps.

Another thing, when you raise your bus, the HT and memory bus will raise too. To start with if you dont wont to worry about your memory and HT being overclocked, set your memory back to 533 and set your HT to X4. If not when raising the CPU bus, after a piont you will need to bump up your HT/northbridge and memory voltage.
