Can I re-partition?

Hi all, I'm running win xp.
When I installed it, I created 3 partitions - C,D and E.
Now I see that C drive is 95% full. Other drives have plenty of space.
Can I re-partition and enlarge C drive without loosing data?

You can download Parted Magic and use the built in partition manager to re-size the partitions to your liking.

(Burn the ISO to a CD and boot to the CD)
