i have an acer notebook.
i have got a backup of windows when ive bought it.
i have a problem now and i want to repair it with the CD of windows Home from a friend of mine.
i have also the original SN in the back side of my notebook.
will it work with the cd of my friend and the original SN in the back side of notebook?
can i update my windows then?
*my friends cd is in enlgish and my windows and my recovery discs are in italian*
is my windows going to be half italian half english?
