Can I sell Steam Account?

Hey everyone. I got a quick question. i have a bunch of games on my steam account which is worth like $300-$400 and frankly I don't really play it anymore. Am I able to sell it? Obviously I would have to uninstall the games from my computer. Any thoughts?

There was a guy who sold his for $1,000 bucks a couple ago.
