Can I upgrade RAM of my dell laptop

So I got a laptop the other day, and I'm not very happy it has only 4GB of RAM. So guys can you tell me if I can upgrade the RAM, and if possible link me to a compatible RAM card on amazon or ebay.

Here's the model number. Dell Inspiron 7559-W560626TH
 
Could you guys link me to a nice compatible RAM card on ebay or amazon though? I'm not sure what the MHz mean and stuff

Well I noticed the display was faulty and sent it back to be replaced by warranty. Expecting it to come back by thursday and I'll run the crucial tool then. Also, I tried looking for that model number on the crucial site, but it only showed upto inspiron 7559. Since the 7559 has many variations, I'm not sure if I should trust the result. Sorry about being so amateur-ish about this, I'm a 35-year old who just decided to pick up gaming this year.

An Inspiron 7559 is an Inspiron 7559. The only thing that changes is HDD size, RAM that it shipped with, etc. It doesn't change the max RAM the system can support.
