Can I download the Windows Vista Home Premium from Microsoft to a CD and than use the Product Key on the bottom of my laptop to confirm authentication when I reinstall Windows Vista on it?
Is Windows Vista available for download on the Microsoft website or can I get it anywhere else and do I need to make sure I download the 32 bit or 64 bit and how do I find out which one I have?
... do I need a DVD CD to burn Windows Vista to it?

I have a COMPAQ PresarioC700 laptop, it came with Windows Vista Home Premium when I bought it.
My brother and his girlfriend downloaded a bunch of junk on it. I have nothing important on it and I want to reformat it.
I don't want to buy a whole new OS for it or a product key so I want to know if I can use the one on the bottom... or else why would they have that on there!?
...sorry if I asked TOO many questions or if its a stupid question I haven't done any research on it.
