Can i view what is being installed on my PC

Hi there!

Does anybody know of any software that i can run alongside, when running an installation exe/msi that shows me exactly what files and registry keys re being installed or changed on my computer?

Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure if this is the kind of thing you're looking for, it's mostly for stopping spyware installing, but I think it'll tell you what registry changes are happening when you're installing something.
