Hey! :)

Could this computer run newest games with maxed settings?

CPU: Intel Core i5 750 4Cores/2.6 Ghz/8 MB/45nm
RAM: 2x2GB DDR3
HDD: 1.5TB (2x750gb 7200RPM SATA). Can connect RAID.
Graphics card: ATI® Radeon HD4890 1GB GDDR5
Sound Card: Intel High Definition Audio
Net card: 10/100/1000 Mbps
Case: ATX Black

I don't know anything about MB. :D

Well it depends on games you planning on playing? That should run lots of games on high settings though, looks like an awesome rig :)

Pretty much, yes. The 4890 is a great GPU and should handle almost every game out there on max or close to max settings.

I just hope it comes with a quality power supply.

Thanks for the answers!

And what about this?
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83 Hz/1333FSB/12M
RAM: 2x2GB DDR2
HDD: 1TB SATA 7200RPM
VGA: NVIDIA® GeForce GTX260 896MB GDDR3 VGA, DVI, HDMI
ODD: DVD-RW 22x
Sound: 8-channel High Definition Audio
Net card: 10/100/1000 Mbps
Case: ATX Black/Silver

Im planning to take HARD on gta4 :D

The first configuration is better in every way that I can think of.

EDIT: Of course, it's hard to make a judgement as to what's "better" without actually knowing the prices.

The 4890 is awesome. I'm running all my games on full and wishing that I could increase the settings even more, the card can easily handle it (Except GTA IV which is on about 90%).
The 4GB Ram (3.2GB realistically if you're on 32bit OS) would be enough for most games.

The second setting isn't as good as the first. I think the GTX260 is the equivalent of the 4870 (Don't quote me on that).

Yeah, i know the first is better plus its expensive. But what i wanted to ask, is can i play GTA4 maxed without any lags with second configuration?

GTA IV needs quad just to run it high settings with playable FPS, the Q9550 will work but the i5 will blow it out of the water.

Thanks. And one more question. What GTX260 has VGA,DVI and HDMI? I mean Asus, Gigabyte, Palit or any other? No need for of HDMI and DVI, but for future :)

___

By the way i am playing on 1152 x 864 resolution. So maybe it makes more FPS then higher resolutions?
