Can i.....

Well, you could do some serious gaming
FPS isn't dependent on quantity of RAM. In fact, ECC RAM is slower than desktop RAM as it has additional parity checks.
you could do video editing LIKE A BOSS!
That is more dependent on the CPU and/or GPU depending on the application, again the quantity itself doesn't dictate effective speed.
300 virtual machines at one time(breaking the world record)
What's your source for this 'record'? We probably have higher than that for density at work (a cloud services provider).

Look up your motherboards specs, it will list max memory for your platform
^ This!

Yeah @Grantapus it's always a good idea to do some basic research before you ask a question like this.

Most consumer-grade DDR3 boards made in the past 5 years or so support up to 32GB on the Intel LGA 1155/50/51 sockets and AMD AM3/3+ sockets (though some older boards for Intel LGA 775 or 1156 and AMD AM2/2+ might only support 16GB even if they have 4 bays). The higher-end boards for the Intel LGA 2011 and other enthusiasts sockets can support up to 64GB. With servers with varies.

Bwhahahahaha!
:) :)

I have a machine with 256GB of RAM with a pair of E5-2695 v3s. And I don't want to run 300 VMs on it... Besides which I'm fairly sure they don't keep records for VMs running on a single machine. It's a bit silly :P

YOU DO?! can i see a photo of it plz?
It's called a server :p
Here's [an image similar to] my DL360 G6, except I have 8 HDD's, dual Xeon E5540's and 72GB of RAM.
