I recently had to downclock my CPU, so my memory clock naturally changed as well. Previously it was set to an even 1600, which it supports. However there were no values that would round it off to 1333 or 1600 under the new clock settings. It was set to x8.0 which resulted with the value of 1440.
I'm not too familiar with memory clocks, but is there any issue with clocking it to that speed? Otherwise, do I need to make it equal either one of the values above?
Seems to be running fine right now, so I would assume it's not a problem. Would love to hear an expert opinion.
Thanks!
