can my isp see the content that im surfing im not concerned that anything im surfing is bad but i would like to for reference does anybody know, researcher.
 
As far as i know, yer they can. Every page you visit or picture you download can be monitored, but rarely is. Out of all the internet surfers they provide too, you'd have to be pretty unlucky to be being watched while you doing something dodgy (not that you would be doing anything bad!).
 
LOL I used to write in the search thing in Yahoo stuff like "F*** HOL" (my ISP) and "I know you know what I'm doing" and stuff like that thinking that they are seeing it.
 
They can see absolutely everything, if they choose to. However, you signed a contract with them, and I don't believe that they are allowed to give your name with any statistics. But they do do a lot of anonymous statistics collecting.
