Hello all, first post. FYI I know very little about computers, so go easy on me.
So today my printer (HP Deskjet 3820) jammed and I pulled the paper out through the front. After this it started to make some weird noise on the rollers, and a little screen popped saying, "Mechanism Error. Theprint catridge cradle cannot move. Check under the top cover for a paper jam or obstruction."
After all my attempts and fixing this, I had NO luck.
Called HP support, and the guy said it cant be fixed and to never pull the paper out through the front.
Is this right? Can anything be done?
Thanks a lot in advance,
Cody
