can not display this video mode

More information is needed. what are your system specs? Does the computer POST? can you enter the BIOS?
 
Boot into safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly when you first power on your computer until you get a black and white menu, and then select safe mode. Once that is up, go to Start-->Control Panel-->System-->Hardware tab-->Device manager

Go to Display Adapters click the plus. Right click each entry under this heading and select "uninstall". Reboot the computer into normal mode and install the correct video drivers for your hardware.
