Can not enter to safe mode and system restore auto turn off! help

Can not enter to safe mode and system restore auto turn off!

When I press F8 there happen to no respond and directly enter to window startup. Sometime when my Anti-virus software detect virus or trojan, I would delete those infected files without checking what were those files. Possible that I have mistakenly delete an important window files?

Also I hardly update my window, is this have something to do with it?

I think my system restore auto turn off has something to do with the safe mode.

Dont worry....

my frnd., i undrerstand ur prblem. i tell one way to get all, plz repire ur windows Xp and u will get ur pure system. it is a very simple method for u.
