Can not use keyboard

Recent days. When I turn my PC on. It appear login message then keyboard can not be used. But the mouse still use normally.
If I push shift button on the keyboard about 30s and then the keyboard returns normal operation.
Up to now i still don't know the reason why.
Please help me.

Strange. Never heard of this before. Only suggestions I can make are : There is a setting in the bios to the effect "Halt on all errors but" (items excepted). Try setting it to "Halt on all errors but keyboard". Other than that make sure your keyboard is plugged in properly. Sorry, but not much help. Hope someone else knows more.

I checked all settings at BIOS. It is normal. But I don't understand why. If I keep shift button of the keyboard after 30'. and immediately the keyboard is normal operation.

Have you tried another keyboard? The first step is to find which end is the problem.

At that time I tried by another the keyboard. But It was not OK. May be caused by Sticky-key function or not?

Is it as USB or PS2 keyboard?

Holding (Right) Shift for about 8 seconds brings up Accessibility Options for the keyboard. Check in Control Panel / Accessibility Options to make sure you don't have FilterKeys enabled (and that your hold of Shift is temporarily disabling).

But it is still not OK. I adjusted stick key function with many other choices.
So how should I do?
