Can other users view my SD card files?

First let me say I do not know a lot about computers and thank you for this site to help me learn. Now to my stupid question.

When I view files that are on an SD card on a public computer, is there any way other users can see what was on the card after it is removed?

It's possible yes. I would delete the temporary files if you can. If you can download and install a program then download Ccleaner and run it. Chances are slim that someone would actually do it but yes its possible.
