can remote desktop overseers see my home computer?

i posted this in security already, but i think it may better fit here...not sure exactly which catagory this question falls into.

I use a remote desktop at my job. I am sure my superiors at the corporate office can see what I'm doing on the remote desktop, but are they able to see what I'm doing on my "home" computer? (I use 2 monitors--one for my remote desktop, and one for internet on my home computer)
