Can see what on the CD?

Go to my computer and you should see the disc drive in there. Double click that and see what comes up. If nothing right click and select open or explore and see where that takes you. What have you tried so far?

What type of file is it? Meaning what is the file format? You need a program installed that can use the format that its in.

I'm guessing but I'm wondering if that 5.9 megs is the data for formatting and they forget or didn't know how to put the x-ray on it? You can't see the file and that is the problem.

It may not be in a readable format and might still be in a format to be read by their imaging system (x-ray software).

You clicked explore and nothing? If there's something what is the extension of the file? Like .jpg or .pdf, etc.
