about the MSI geforce7800gtx and the ASUS geforce 7800gtx, seems both the same to me, only MSI is 50$ dollars more expensive, why?

Edit: another question, i was also wondering, i was planning on getting the termaltake silent tower for my pc cooler, but i heard if you get the amd cooler you get +1 year warranty, is this true? is it worth getting the amd cooler then?

There is almost no difference except the way the card looks and which company manufactures it. You are still getting the same 7800GTX technology only it is distributed by different companies.
