Can somebody tell me how to change the registering name?

When I installed WinXP on my computer, I registered my name as Frank.
Can anybody tell me how to change the name now?

Go to:

1. Control Panel
2. User Accounts
3. Choose the user you want to change his/her name
4. Change whatever data you want to change

PS: You must be an Administrator to do so.

Thank you all. But I don't mean the User Account name. If you click on My Computer with the 2nd button and click on Property. You will see your name and your company you registered when you installed your Windows.

So what that registering name is what I really want to change.

Can somebody help?
