Can someone build me a really cheap Mini ITX system, or another question?

Well I am thinking of getting a Mozart TX case instead of the Antec P180B and the main reason is to get that really nice 7" screen that goes in it.

Well my question is, could someone make me a moderately good Mini ITX system so I can put it in my mozart TX to run the 7" screen off of that, just so I can get an idea on how much it's going to cost me?

What I am looking for is something like:

A niceish Mini ITX Mobo.
A hard drive no larger then 250Gb.
A Average CPU I don't care what it is, just as long as it goes.
A Cheap crappy video card.

Now heres the thing I am trying to figure out wether I should run the 7" monitor of a secondary Mini ITX system, or should I just plug the 7" monitor into one of my dual 8800 GTX's, and just let it display the same thing that the main pc is.

So is it possible to run the 2nd 7" monitor off the Dual 8800 GTX setup (I do know that I cant run dual monitor setup on SLi) but I want to know if I can have a monitor display the same thing as the main monitor?

you are confined to one display as long as you enabled sli.

the mobo already has onboard video so i dont know if you want fill in the only pci slot.
