I am building budget so I want some video card on mobo. post better suggestions if you have any.

and some pioneer or nec dvd burner.

any compatibility problems in this system? what's the fasted video card that I can run on this mobo? will a mobo become a bottle neck in video performance at some point?
 
Is it the 4800 Brisbane? i think from what reviews/benchmarks i have seen its neck to neck with the E6400
I may be getting this chip just because of my budget
