Are you having any issues? You don't seem to be running any active virus program. You need to uninstall anything viewpoint in add/remove programs.
 
I have Microsoft Security Essentials as my active virus protection, and I just wanted a quick look over to see if theres anything on my rig.

Well it appears that you dont have MSE running. I dont see it as wither a startup or a running process. Start the program and also go into msconfig and make sure it is set to run at startup and in services. you may also want to check the settings in MSE itself. It should be on all the time, and scan when you schedule it to.

I only saw a few other minor things. If you want to disable a few things, you could stop the java and AIM from running at startup. Doing this would help you startup faster, but only slightly. I usually turn things like that off, just to have them off at startup. The java updater will turn on by itself anyway, and the AIM program can be started by you.

Yes, mse is running, and I know how to use msconfig, I want aim at startup. Not sure why that doesn't say mse is running.
