Can someone customize for me?

alright..i think ive become a nag on this board..but we all know a pc is a big investment so i want a few options and im getting alot of mixed reviews about the ones i show and people say to customize but i really dont know that much to do so..so with whatever customizing site you want to use can some people customize a pc for me either putting down the list of things so i can add it or if they do it on the site and show me.

my budget is $500 i would like to keep it between 400-450 if possible

things i require
atleast 512 ram
atleast 80 gig harddrive would like more if its affordable
a proccessor that will move pretty fast..i have an amd antholon 1.10 ghz right now on this pc
dvd burner

i will be using this pc to download stuff.large files,burn stuff,mp3s,videos.and surfing the web

If you are going to be downloading large files, then I suggest getting a 200GB HDD at least. It wont be that much more expensive :D

well, here is praetors suggestion for the low end work box...
The only thing wrong with ti is, it has integrated graphics, not a graphics card, considering your initial budget was $500, you coudl quite easily buy a cheap crappy gfx card, you dot appear to be into gaming that much, but if you are then it can be a future upgrade perhaps.

The system above is quite respectable for the price and i dont think you will get much better.

do you need a monitor and keyboard/mouse?
monitors will put you down at least $100 for a decent one.... $150 for a 19" or like $200 for an LCD... but i assume you'll be using a CRT lol
