Like, how can you tell if a video card will be bottlenecked by a computers CPU or GPU?
can someone explain bottlenecking to me please?

if you have a really good graphics card like the 295 and then a 2.0 p4 and your computers going slow, just think its the p4 lol thats how i would judge it
you can also download benchmark software that will benchmark how fast your system is in everything, if you get a really low proccessor score and a really high video and reading/writing score then you should upgrade your proccessor

Yeah, most gc bottlenecked by poor and old processors.
