I don't understand how it says the speed is 3.10 GHz when it says the max speed is 2.90 GHz.
Can someone explain this?

I don't understand how it says the speed is 3.10 GHz when it says the max speed is 2.90 GHz.
Max speed is 2.9 as its a 2.9 ghz processor but can get up to 3.6 under turbo.
